Order Cancellation
If you would like to cancel or change the order, please contact us immediately by email (, including your full name, order number and list of items purchased.

Please allow 3-5 business days for the email to be actioned. 

Please note, we may not be able amend if the product has already been shipped.

Returns And Exchanges
• Products can only be returned to the original place of purchase.
• Every return must be made within 3 days of receipt, returns requested after 3 days period will not be accepted.
• Products must be in their unused original condition, along with any related accessories. Please ensure before you return an item that all tags are attached, all original packaging is present and intact. For footwear, please place the shoebox inside protective packaging.

• Products that do not meet the specified condition requirements may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

• Products purchased with a discount or during a promotional period are not eligible for return.

2. Upon receipt of a return, we will check its condition to ensure the refund can be processed. 

• Refunds will be processed by the payment system within 7-14 business days from receipt. The processing time of the refunded amount will vary depending on your credit card company or PayPal account.
• Any differences in the amount refunded are due to the fluctuations in exchange rates and will not be reimbursed. 
• Your refund will be issued in the same currency as your purchase excluding Shipping & Handling costs. Any shipping and customs fees must be paid in advance by the customer.
• Please note that parcels returned with cash on arrival will not be accepted.

    Currently orders cannot be exchanged online. Please return your order in accordance with the terms above, and then place a new order.

    All authorized returns or exchanges must originate from the same country as the original shipment. KUSIKOHC reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy.
